Blooming Farm Stay is a private, fully air-conditioned 1BHK farm house set amidst a quiet mango, gooseberry, and coconut orchard 6 kms from Papanasam temple, Tirunelveli District. It’s for guests who want the calm of a farm setting, but with the independence and comforts of a private home: air-conditioning, an equipped kitchen, and two attached bathrooms.
Unlike Vaanavil Farm Stay, there’s no resident host family here – a local caretaker couple assists with check-in and housekeeping, but otherwise the house is yours.
If you’re looking for an immersive, hosted farm-life experience with home-cooked meals and daily farm activity, Vaanavil Farm Stay – our original farm stay run by Noushadya and Sudhakar — may be a better fit. Blooming is best suited for guests who want privacy, quiet, and full control over their own time and meals.
What Makes Blooming Different
Blooming Farm Stay is intentionally a different kind of stay from Vaanavil:
- Air-conditioned — AC provided in both the bedroom and the hall
- Quiet orchard setting — mango, gooseberry, and coconut trees, without the everyday farm bustle
- Access to a canal of Thamirabarani across the road
- Self-catered — an equipped kitchen is provided; we do not prepare meals on-site
- Conventional construction — baked brick and cement mortar with cement plaster, flooring with the beautiful athangudi tiles
- Caretaker-assisted, not family-hosted — a local couple from the nearby village handles check-in and housekeeping; Sudhakar or Noushadya step in for troubleshooting or farm tour/shop visits

F&B at Blooming
We do not provide food on the Blooming premises. Guests have four options for meals:
- Dine out at restaurants in and around Vikramasingapuram / Ambasamudram / Kallidaikuruchi
- Order in via VDeliverz for delivery to the property
- Visit Vaanavil Farm (a short drive away) for a home-cooked meal by Noushadya — subject to availability and advance notice
- Cook yourself
We’re exploring the option of delivering Noushadya’s meals directly from Vaanavil Farm to Blooming — if you’d like this, please mention it in the reservation form and we’ll let you know if it’s possible for your dates.
🌙 Room Tariff & Details
- ₹3000 per night – for up to 4 persons, for the entire 1BHK property
- ₹500 per additional person per night – beyond 4 persons, up to a maximum of 6 persons
- All people above age 5 counted as 1 person
- Infants and toddlers (ages 0–5): no charge
- All prices above are inclusive of 5% GST
- F&B is not provided or charged by us – please budget separately for dine-out, delivery, or a meal at Vaanavil Farm

- Up to 6 adults
(Note: the base price is set for up to 4 adults regardless of which room they occupy, since Blooming is booked as a single property rather than per-room like Vaanavil. Larger groups filling both the bedroom and hall pay the extra-person rates above.)

A local caretaker couple, Devi and Siva, from the nearby village, Korayarkulam, will assist with check-in, check-out, and housekeeping during your stay. For anything beyond routine assistance – troubleshooting, arranging a farm tour at Vaanavil Farm, or a visit to the VaanaVizha shop for produce – Sudhakar or Noushadya will step in directly; please reach out to them via the contact details shared at booking.

Room Cancellation Rules
We are a small business and cannot afford last-minute cancellations.
If you cancel more than 7 days in advance of the start of your stay, we will refund 90% of the reservation charges.
If you cancel within 7 days of the start of your stay, you will be refunded 50% of the reservation charges.
